INTRODUCTION
Technology, Education & Career (TEC) is a career fair organised by UTP students with the support of Student Affairs Division, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP).
Since its establishment in 2001, TEC has become a platform for students all over Malaysia to explore internship and graduate career opportunities, while being exposed to both local and multinational companies.
TEC provides an ideal environment for students and future graduates to engage and connect with corporate leaders and industry professionals, while equipping themselves with the necessary knowledge and skills to face the career world, through career talks and pre-employment workshops.
OBJECTIVES
Talent Sourcing: To provide employers and recruiters with an efficient and effective recruitment channel through our one-stop talent sourcing platform.
Employer Branding: To provide an opportunity for industry players and employers to build presence and develop brand awareness.
Graduate Employability: To increase graduate employability among students and future graduates by facilitating engagement with companies while providing pre-employment workshops.
Networking Opportunities: To enhance and encourage networking between companies and students, as well as networking between companies through our event.
